Attending Forrester Seminar in Calgary today doing Personal Development, Learning about Information Technology trends and the impact of social media on networking.   Faced with the prospects that the industry is moving. I have come to realize that one needs to invest in retraining and learning recent technology to be able to respond to the change.   Some things have not changed but a lot of others are evolving.  Business Analysis practice is also changing, new tools and methods have been introduced and they must be incorporated into the practice of providing this service to clients.
